Delivery– RIGARDS

UPDATE: To mark the relaunch of our website, we are offering complimentary global shipping for a limited time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.

We ship via DHL or EMS courier depending on your shipping destination.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). All orders will be traceable on our courier’s website. The tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours of receiving your tracking confirmation email.

Please note that the order amount at checkout excludes import duties and/or customs and local taxes, which are levied by your local authorities, and courier brokerage fees. If applicable, these must be paid by the order recipient. Please confirm with your local authorities for the duties or taxes imposed prior to placing an order as we are unable to advise the amount.

For orders that are shipped but not delivered and are then returned to RIGARDS, you will be responsible for any re-delivery or storage charges incurred.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

We insure each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders will require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by us.

We take great care to pack our products in a way which prevents any damage in transit. Upon delivery of your items, it is your responsibility to inspect each item. Should your product not arrive in good condition, please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph of the item and we will advise on the best solution including return or repair options. After this time we cannot be held responsible for goods that are no longer in our care.
